This is one of the funniest jokes I've ever heard. I don't know where it originated. It was originally in Malay so let me try to translate it into English. It goes something like this:Conversation in a hospital ward
A Malay dude with a chronic disease came all the way from Malaysia to seek treatment at a hospital in Britain. After undergoing a surgery, he was warded in a room with a British dude who also had some sort of a chronic disease. Both of them were really sick and tired and they could hardly speak. Despite their illnesses and the Malay dude's not so fantastic English language ability, they still tried to acknowledge each other.
The out of breath British dude started the conversation by saying, "James." The sick but friendly Malay dude answered, "Ahmad." Still out of breath, the British dude continued and said, "Birmingham." This prompted the Malay dude to answer, "Kuala Kangsar" (A town in Perak, Malaysia). The British dude happy with their friendly interaction proceeded and said, "Cancer." The Malay dude, equally happy to gain a British acquaintance replied, "CAPRICORN."
