Funny, isn't it?

These are merely from my own observations. For me they are relevant. They may even apply to you:

1) When you are slim or skinny, people (your relatives, especially) will ask you whether or not you're unwell or perhaps you haven't been eating enough lately. But...when you are round and fleshy, they tell it straight to your face how FAT you are.

2) Since very young, your mother reminds you to be careful in life, don't invite risks or danger, do everything safely, don't be too bold and beware of what comes out of your mouth! But...when you're all grown up your mother changes her mind and wished that you would venture out, be brave, take risks, be bold, do something exceptionally great and make her proud...Especially when it involves lotsa money...Ever heard of parents complaining how insecured and terribly shy their growing child is?

3) Aahh..having kids...the highlight of a marriage. When you have a baby, you desperately and excessively try to teach the kid to say some words and hope that your child can speak and utter those words as soon as possible. Like some kind of achievement.But...when the kid can actually talk, you desperately want them to SHUT UP and LEAVE YOU ALONE !

4) When you're newlyweds people ask you: when are you going to start a family? Is she already pregnant? Don't you want babies? People bug you with all these questions to see whether or not you're normal. But, you know...it doesn't stop there. When you finally have a child, they come bugging again! So, when's the second one? One is not enough. You should consider some more to keep this child company. Why so late? Are you planning? Don't you like to have many kids???
